16^th Stage: The Heroes are back - Sommariva Bosco - Torino (50 Km)

Lorenzo wrote on Facebook just before the arrival in Torino and I translate here:

Today is the last day of our trip From Torino to Palermo "Pedaling for not forget". It has been a very valuable trip for me, I lived very emotional and meaningful moments which will remain in my heart forever. Any place we visited was a memory that accompanied me up to the arrival in Torino as well as for the rest of my life. I would like to transmit the emotions to all our volunteers, because when I was visiting the families my feeling of when they were in the hospital was still alive inside me and all of us were living that moment as is was in the present, it was a really beautiful feeling! It is like I was bringing all the UGI with me during my trip. Now I'm approaching the finish line I would love to embrace you all and especially from the families who express this desire to embrace all the people in "casa UGI". I will be on time, let's wait for me!

15^th Stage: Zuccarello - Sommariva del Bosco (112 Km)

This is the picture of the Bed and Breakfast where we stayed, the name is Podere La Villa in Zuccarello.

14^th Stage: Genova - Zuccarello (106 Km)

We are a bit in advance on the timetable, so we take a bit of relax looking at this beautiful landscapes finally ending up in a sunny day!!!

Perfetctly on time at the appointment at the Noberasco factory with the young bikers who are joining us up to Zuccarello.

10^a Tappa: Scilla - Milazzo

This night we stayed in Scilla, a lovely town closer ot Villa San Giovanni, the B&B is called Stelle del Mare.

9^th Stage: Cetraro -  Scilla (218 Km)

8:50 am. Just after one hour from departing we met the never missing rain. We stopped for another hour, the reast of the stage was a nightmare with with wind and people providing wrong information.

8^th Stage: Roccagloriosa - Cetraro (110 Km)

We met a group on holidays. They came from Puglia region, a couple of them lived in Torino.

This was the view ofthe Aldo home town in the morning. Indoor the humidity was really high as well as cold, later anyway the sun rose up and we started visiting relatives.

7^th Stage: Salerno - Roccagloriosa

At 7:43, really early in the morning we took this picture and many thanks to Mimmo e Maddalena who woke up so early just for give us their best Regards.

6^th Stage: Caserta - Salerno (93 Km) 

In the morning the sky on the north side is sunny and on the south side with a really serious intention to rain. Unfortunately our direction is toward the bad side.

5^th Stage: Anzio - Caserta (185 Km)

Today we have been almost all day under the rain. sometimes we could see a shy sun appearing. Like in this picture taken in Terracina.
 We didn't arrived up to Caserta because the last thunderstorm was too much for our already proven energies. We were trembling for the cold when arrived in the hotel. Now is time for a hot shower and then dinner.

4^th Stage: Orbetello - Anzio (188 Km)

The arrival to Anzio today was really emotional, posters with our 
"Pedalando per non dimenticare" Brochure was everywhere on the wall, it was impossible to retain to cry.

3^rd Stage: Livorno - Orbetello (183 Km)

The day started relaxed and quite, we were not aware about riding under the rain for 140 Km yet.

2^nd Stage: Recco- Livorno (181 Km)

Today really hard day, a lot of uphill and heavy showers, we also being forced to stop many times, additionally the traffic was horrible, anyway also this stage is done and tomorrow flat terrain is expected, hopefully without the wind we met today.

Today the first news from Lorenzo:

1^st Stage: Torino - Recco (201 Km)

The first stage ended up in Recco at 7:08 pm. At 3 pm we were in Genova, it has been extremely difficult to cross the city, it took 3 hour. Tomorrow we start soon with an uphill.
